Agenda of a typical meeting

5:00 Registration, networking and bar opens
5:45 We move to the meeting room
6:00 Presentation begins

Throughout the evening, cash bar and small plates menu is available

Opening remarks
Update presentation from last meeting’s donation recipient
Collect nomination forms from those who wish to fill them out
Draw for 3 charitable organization finalists

Charitable organization presentations – 5 minutes each, no PowerPoint or multi-media materials
Voting and tabulation – each member writes their vote on a ballot, and hands in to the committee for tabulation
Announce the winning recipient (most votes)
Members write cheques to chosen recipient and hand them in to the committee. Members may bring cash to the meeting in an envelope that includes the members full name and contact information.
